Before you come, there are a few things you should know…

We always have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, wine and water. Oh, and did we mention Mimosa Saturdays?!
Parking, Payments & Gratuity
If you’re someone who likes to come prepared, we’ve got you.
What’s the parking like?
We’ve got a handful of dedicated free parking spaces right behind the salon. If those are full you’ll find plenty of metered on street parking. Please ask the front desk if you need change for the meters!

What payment methods do you accept?
We love cash and check and offer a small discount for those payment methods. We also accept Venmo and cards at 4% more than our cash/check rate.
Can I Give my stylist a little extra?
Of course! You’re welcome to leave your stylist gratuity in the form of cash or Venmo.
The boutique area provides a lovely experience while briefly waiting for your appointment, I look forward to seeing what is in store at each visit.

Prepping for your service.
For the success of your service, we have a few requests…

Please come with your hair styled in its natural texture, fully dry, with little to no product. Recently washed (within a day) is best. We also ask you to not wear headbands/pony tails or anything that will stretch your curls between wash day and your salon visit.

Please come with clean(ish), dry hair. We ask that you don’t wear any root concealer powder/spray/etc between wash day and your color appointment- it causes the color not to take!

Clean hair is best! Please have washed your hair within a day of your appointment, and arrive with dry hair. We also suggest wearing a button down shirt so you can change easily without messing up your style.

Please arrive with a clean, lightly moisturized face. We may need to pull your hair back, so plan on doing your hair after!

It’s a makeup free day! At the very least no mascara/eye makeup please!

Keeping your hair happy, healthy, and on your head is our #1 priority. We will discuss realistic expectations prior to beginning any service, and will keep you informed throughout the whole process. If at any point during your service we feel that the integrity of your hair may become compromised we will immediately discuss other options with you. Please trust that we want to get you to your goal, and we want your hair to be soft, beautiful, and manageable while we get you there! Thank you for your trust.

Cancellations/rescheduling accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations/reschedules will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.

Please contact us immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Our cancellation/reschedule policy will apply. If time allows we may provide the option to receive a portion of your scheduled services. You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

You loving your hair when you style it at home is our goal! If there is anything you aren’t loving please get in touch with us within 7 days so we can make an adjustment for you.
